Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased within Singapore. If 7 days have gone by after delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items: Shipping fee, Discount code, Promotion items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will provide you a refund code to use for your next purchase within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@natureco.com.sg and deliver your item to:

Terms & Conditions of Exchange:
- *Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- If a second exchange needs to be done, customers have to pay $12 for delivery.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our warehouse.
